Claims Resolution

If a claim is accepted, the cover will end, the deposit will be returned, and the insurance amount less the percent withheld will be paid to the address of the cover holder.

If there is not enough money in the liquidity pool, a second attempt at claim payment will be made in 24 hours. After 60 days of this process, the claim is abandoned because it is assumed that there will never be enough money.

If the claim is denied, users have the option to file a dispute. If the dispute also gets rejected, the case is over, and no further reviews will be held.
