Claim Submissions

A member must submit a claim as the very first step in the claims procedure. A member will have a 48-hour window after the initial claim has been made to contest the claim only once after the initial claim has been made. If the claim is accepted, a percentage estimated by the network and token will be subtracted, and the initial deposit less the estimated percentage will be reimbursed. You will only have one claim remaining if the disagreement is also denied, leaving no room for a second dispute.
