How to File a Claim

Everything a member needs to know in order to file a claim.

When to File a Claim

You can file a claim if you think your financial loss qualifies as a legitimate material loss as a result of theft. The claim will then proceed via the claims evaluation process.

Limit on Claims filed per Cover Policy

Check our coverage policies before you submit a claim to ensure that the loss is eligible for compensation.

The Two Possible outcomes for claims are:

• If claims assessors accept your claim, you will be compensated for your loss in USDT or STY (Depending on the amount you originally paid.)

• If your claim is dismissed by Claims Assessors, You will not receive a payout, however, for each denied case, there is an option to dispute the decision if you think that it was wrongly assessed. The dispute review will be assigned to a new assessor.
